Do good and have good
Chapter “Naml”- (The Ant) - 27
‘A-‘uu-zu Billaahi minash-Shay-taanir- Rajiim.
(I seek refuge in Allaah
from Satan the outcast)
Bis-Millaahir-Rah-maanir-Rahiim.
(In the name of Allaah, the Beneficent, the Merciful)

إِلَّا مَن ظَلَمَ ثُمَّ بَدَّلَ حُسْنًۢا بَعْدَ سُوٓءٍ فَإِنِّى غَفُورٌ رَّحِيمٌ 11 وَأَدْخِلْ يَدَكَ فِى جَيْبِكَ تَخْرُجْ بَيْضَآءَ مِنْ غَيْرِ سُوٓءٍ فِى تِسْعِ ءَايَٰتٍ إِلَىٰ فِرْعَوْنَ وَقَوْمِهِۦٓ إِنَّهُمْ كَانُوا۟ قَوْمًا فَٰسِقِينَ 12

11. Save him who hath
done wrong and afterward hath changed evil for good. And lo! I am Forgiving,
Merciful.
12. And put thy hand
into the bosom of thy robe, it will come forth white but unhurt. (This will
be one) among nine Tokens unto Pharaoh and his people. Lo! they are ever
evil-living folk.

11. ‘Illaa man-
zalama summa bad-dala
husnam- ba’-da suuu-‘in
fa-‘inNii Gafuurur-Rahiim.
12. Wa ‘adkhil
yadaka fii jay-bika takhruj
bayzaaa-‘a min gayri
suuu’. Fii tis-‘i ‘Aayaatin
‘ilaa Fir-‘awna wa
qawmih. ‘Innahum kaanuu
qawman- faasiqiin.

Commentary
Moses (peace be upon him) was standing in ‘Ayman Valley
before a House of the Light. By looking, it seemed that it was a Tree, which
was burning like fire. He heard a voice, saying to him: These entire are
Wonders of the Omnipotence of Allaah Almighty! Way of His work is
strange from the world! Listen to the Message, which is being conveyed to you! Then
according to the Commandment, Moses (peace be upon him) caught the serpent
which had become his staff again.
It was commanded: Our Messengers (peace be upon them) fear not
in Our Presence. Only those people fear; who commit any such work which is against
Our Will. However there is a concession for them also that if they repent entirely
of sins and instead, they begin to do good works, then We forgive such person,
because Our Name is Forgiving and Merciful.
Then it was commanded: Put your hand into the
opening of your garment [at the breast]; it will come out White Flashing without
any disease as a Miracle. In addition, seven more Miracles were given to him
and then it was ordered: Take these nine Tokens to Pharaoh and his people! They
have crossed the line of humanity and gripped up their loins to oppress the
feeble people. They consider that there is none who may prevent them. They have
become totally careless from Us.
