Commentary
Abraham (peace be upon him) caused to understand his folk: Reproducing
you is not difficult for Allaah Almighty. While He has brought you to
life first time without specimen; then how reproducing after death can go out
of His Power in the presence of specimen? In this connection, the attention was
drawn towards the creation of the mankind in the previous verse. Now it is
being directed towards the things of outer world in this verse.
It is commanded: Say also to these people {O Muhammad (grace, glory,
blessings and peace be upon him)}: The Omnipotent, Who created these all things
of various kinds in the universe; which did not exist earlier, That Almighty
will bring you back to life again after death. Nothing is out of His Power. In
fact, the person who believed in Allaah Almighty and understood
carefully about His Eternal Omnipotence, he would certainly believe without
wrangling in bringing back to life again after death. He will not have any
doubt concerning the Day of Resurrection. But it has become difficult that
acceptance of Allaah Almighty only is not sufficient for Belief.
Along with this acceptance, His epithets also should be understood
completely. It is difficult to believe in the Day of Resurrection, till one may
not conjecture suitably about His Knowledge, Power and Intention.
