Or would ye
question your Messenger as Moses was questioned aforetime? He who chooseth
disbelief instead of faith, verily be hath gone astray from a right path.

Lesson
We have studied
about abrogation of the verses in the last lesson that The God Almighty ‘Such
of His Revelation as He abrogates or causes to be forgotten, but He brings (in
place) one better or the like thereof’. It is proved in the light of
events/incidents and history that whenever any Heavenly Book was caused to be
forgotten or abrogated then one better or the like thereof was revealed in
place of it and the Servants of The God Almighty were not disappointed from the
Guidance of Allah Almighty.
Now one famous
matter is being illuminated in this verse that is the guidance about asking
questions from the Messenger Merciful Muhammad (glory, grace, peace and
blessings be upon Him). The children of Israel used to try the production of
various sort of doubts in the hearts of Muslims about the Messenger of God
Almighty (glory, grace, peace and blessings be upon Him) and The Holy Qur’an,
and said them to ask replies from the Prophet of Allah Almighty (glory, grace,
peace and blessings be upon Him) to clear their doubts. Actually they had aimed
that if the Muslims do not accept their religion then they at the very least
will become suspicious from their own religion and Islamic teachings. Some
Muslims used to ask unreasonable questions from the Last Messenger (glory,
grace, peace and blessings be upon Him) unknowing the conspiracy and plan of
the children of Israel. The God Almighty prohibited them from
this thing.
