Glorified and Exalted Allah
Suratun-Nahl - (The Bee) - 16
‘A-‘uu-zu
Billaahi minash-Shay-taanir- Rajiim.
(I seek refuge in God from Satan the outcast)

أَتَىٰٓ أَمْرُ ٱللَّهِ فَلَا تَسْتَعْجِلُوهُ سُبْحَٰنَهُۥ وَتَعَٰلَىٰ عَمَّا يُشْرِكُونَ 1
يُنَزِّلُ ٱلْمَلَٰٓئِكَةَ بِٱلرُّوحِ مِنْ أَمْرِهِۦ عَلَىٰ مَن يَشَآءُ مِنْ عِبَادِهِۦٓ أَنْ أَنذِرُوٓا۟ أَنَّهُۥ لَآإِلَٰهَ إِلَّآ أَنَا۠ فَٱتَّقُونِ 2

1. The Commandment of
Allah will come to pass, so seek not ye to hasten it. Glorified and Exalted
be He above all that they associate (with Him).
2. He sendeth down the
angels with the Spirit of His Command unto whom He will of His bondmen,
(saying): Warn mankind that there is no God save Me, so keep your duty unto
Me.

1. ‘Ataaa ‘AmrUllaahi
falaa tasta’-jiluuh. Sub-haanaHuu wa
Ta-‘aalaa ‘ammaa yush-rikuun.
2. Yunazzilul-malaaa-‘ikata bir-Ruuhi
min ‘AmriHii ‘alaa
many-yashaaa-‘u min ‘ibaadi-Hiii ‘an
‘anziruuu ‘annahuu Laaa
‘ilaaha ‘illaaa ‘Anaa
fattaquun.

Commentary
It was the condition of the people of Makkah that
when Merciful Prophet (grace, glory, blessings and peace be upon him) caused to
hear them Message of God Almighty, they did not feel like the ancient
disobedient nations; even after hearing their Resurrection. Then it was caused
to hear them the Commandment of Allah Almighty: Now the Command of Allah
Almighty is near to reach, but you should consider that It has reached, because
before sending doom on any nation, a Prophet (peace be upon him) is sent for
their guidance. If they do not listen to the Messenger (peace be upon him) and
trouble Him, then at first, any big calamity comes upon them in the world.
After that (death), the number is of the Day of Resurrection.
Allah Almighty has appointed Me (grace, glory,
blessings and peace be upon him) as His last Messenger and sent unto you. If
you will disobey Me, you will be punished and ruined. Because after Me, no
Prophet will come, so My arrival is a Sign of the arrival of the Last Day (the
general resurrection), for, what was required to be caused to know the mankind,
has been caused to understand them by means of Me (grace, glory, blessings and
peace be upon him). Now after Me; for you is only – anguish of the world and
the General Resurrection. And there is nothing between you and these. I explain
before you that Allah Almighty has commanded: I have sent source of your
eternal life care of My last Messenger (grace, glory, blessings and peace be
upon him). There is no worthy of worship save Me.
