In spite of frightening, committing sins

Lesson # 846 from the Noble Quran

In spite of frightening, committing sins

Surah ‘A’-RAAF (The Heights) – Chapter – 7)
Stage – 2, Verse – 38a of 206, Section – 4 of 24 (Part - 8)

BisMIllaahir-Rahmaanir-Rahiim
In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

He saith: Enter into the Fire among nations of the jinn and humankind, who passed away before you. Every time a nation entereth, it curseth its sister (nation) till, when they have all been made to follow one another thither, the last of them will say unto the first of them: Our Lord! These led us astray, so give them double torment of the Fire.

Lesson
‘Addaa-rakuu – (will get together), actually this word was tadaa-rakuu, which has been derived from tadaarak. The origin of tadaarak is darak. Darak means “to find, to get”. Tadaarak means “to meet with one another, getting together”. Here it aims: at that time, when they all people will see one another in the Hell.

Zi’-fun – (twofold), it means “to include equal to one thing plus more in the same quantity with it, whether that is of extra manifold, however at least including once, due to which that thing becomes double. When the infidels will accept their infidelity from their own mouth, then they will become assertive offenders. After that they will be punished properly.

It is commanded that Allah Almighty will order: Enter into the Fire of Hell all together along with those all nations of demons and human beings, which were before you and were involved in the evil of their infidelity, because it is the punishment of disbelief. We had informed all of you by sending Our Scriptures and Messengers (peace be upon Them) and warned strictly. If you had understood it in the world, you would have been saved from the torment of the Fire today. But you did not believe, so you should suffer now its agony. Therefore, those entire people will have been entering into the Hell and cursing one another.

When all of them will assemble in the Hell quarreling and cursing one another, at that time, the last of those people will say to the first of them and vent their rage in such manner that they will begin to imprecate for them, They will address Allah Almighty: O our Lord! These cursed people misled us. Give them double torment of the Fire than all of us.

It is strange that the mankind carry on committing the same evils in the world after open and clear warning like this, from whose result, they have been frightened. The wrongdoers commit wicked deeds observing other people doing so. Today they look protecting friends, but on the Day of Resurrection, they will request Allah Almighty to punish them twofold.
