Commentary
Tagayyuzun – (to be enraged, crackling, violent,
sounds of great anger, repeated small cracking sounds), origin of this word is ghaiz,
which means “great anger”. This word has passed in Surah ‘Aali-‘Imraan.
Zafiiran – (crying with a full loud, the sound
which comes out from the mouth when one is in great anger).
It is commanded: From which Fire they are being frightened, that
boils up and is very terrible. Thinking about that Fire in this world is
difficult. We should consider it as that is a collection of entire distresses
and misfortunes. There is mass of heat in its breath and belly, which cannot be
measured.
When that Fire will see these disbelievers (who have been
denying the Day of Resurrection in this life due to ignorance) from a long
distance; then it will fill up with great anger and begin to roar like a furious
lion. The disbelievers will hear its roar, passion and anger with their own
ears.
At that time, they will lose their senses. Then they will have
belief that they will be thrown into the Fire which will swallow them and they
will have to undergo all those troubles, from which the Scripture of Allaah
Almighty and His Messenger (grace, glory, blessings and peace be upon him) had
frightened them in the world. In fact, forming an opinion concerning Infidels’ grief,
repentance and hopelessness of that time is difficult in this world. When we
think about that situation, our hairs stand on end, and this prayer comes out
from our mouth: Our Lord! Save us from that great misfortune. Amen.
